Scheduling and online booking built for contractor calendars
Site visits, client meetings and project timelines on one calendar — synced two-way with Google. Clients pick from slots that are genuinely free, and reminder texts go out without you thinking about it.
- Booking a site visit takes six texts and two missed calls.
- The estimate appointment no-shows because nobody reminded anyone.
- Your CRM calendar and your Google calendar tell two different stories.
Share a link, get booked
Each visit type gets a public booking page showing only genuinely open slots — your business hours minus everything already on the calendar, including your Google events. New bookings arrive as requests you approve.
Two-way Google sync
Confirmed meetings push to Google; events you move or delete in Google flow back and the client is notified of the change. One calendar, finally.
Reminders that kill no-shows
24 hours and 1 hour before every visit, the client gets a text (email as fallback) — and so does the assigned team member. Reschedules re-arm the reminders automatically.
The whole team's availability, respected
Link each rep's calendar and bookings round-robin to whoever is actually free — a client can never book a slot when everyone's on a job.
Projects on the same grid
Active project timelines render alongside meetings, color-coded by schedule health — so you see the week the way it will actually happen.
What it does while you sleep
These run on their own — no reminders to remember, no tabs to check.
- Publishes only genuinely-free slots, across the whole team
- Sends 24-hour and 1-hour reminder texts to client and crew
- Pushes confirmed visits to Google and pulls changes back
- Auto-assigns bookings round-robin to a free rep

Frequently asked questions
Can clients book directly onto my calendar?
They request one of the open slots you expose; you (or a manager) approve with one click, and it lands on your calendar and Google. Nothing is booked behind your back.
What if I live in Google Calendar?
Keep living there. Confirmed visits appear in Google automatically, and moving or cancelling them in Google updates the CRM — and tells the client.
Do reminders really go to the client by text?
Yes — from your business number, 24 hours and 1 hour ahead, with email as the fallback when there's no mobile number.
