Nine reports, zero data entry

P&L (cash and accrual), balance summary, job cost, cash flow, work-in-progress, project timelines, sales sources, payroll and web traffic — all built from the records the system already keeps.

Know which leads make money

Leads, win rate and profit roll up by source — website, referral partner, phone call — so next year's marketing budget is arithmetic, not vibes.

Your accountant gets clean exports

Every tabular report exports to CSV and prints clean. Handing over year-end stops being an archaeology project.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do bookkeeping data entry?

The reports build themselves from the quoting, expenses and payments you already record while running jobs. The only extra input is optional overhead expenses for true net profit.

Is this a replacement for my accountant?

No — it's what makes your accountant fast. Live operational numbers year-round, clean CSV exports at year-end.

What's the difference between cash and accrual here?

The P&L shows both: cash (when money actually moved) and accrual (when it was earned or owed) — so you can talk to your accountant in their language.
