Do my subs see each other's bids?
Never. Each sub sees only their own invitation, scope and bid. Ratings and competing numbers stay private to you.
How does it know who's available?
It checks every sub's open task assignments across your active projects against the new job's window. Anyone with overlapping committed work is flagged busy with the date they free up.
What if I already know who I want?
Skip bidding entirely — assign the sub directly to the task with the agreed amount. Sourcing is there for when you want the market to answer.
